Done. The households name is "Bugged Plantsim" the sim's name is Izaiah Montague
Could you try getting rid of the fear of cowplants and see if it works then ?
I did the following test:
- Tried to turn Sim via cheat. Got moodlet but no needs or look of plant Sim
- Removed the moodlet again via mod (using Sim Info Toolbox, should also work with other mods that can remove moodlets)
- Removed moodlet for fear of cowplant as well as the trait (again via mod)
- Tried to turn into plant sim again
- Now it worked fine.
You can of course get rid of it by normal gameplay means.
