I’ve noticed this happening to my ranchers when they wake up and go to the horse shed in Palomino Junction. I reckon they don’t change from their pajamas because their destination is under a roof. The same thing happens when they’re tending the sheltered plants.
You third screenshot shows that there’s no roof in sight anywhere, though. 🤔
