Made my sims and wouldnt let me load into a household ive repaired the app on EA and resetted my laptop 5 times tried it with a new sim family and it still wont work

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
