Sims opening and shutting their umbrella while standing and conversing

no they don't die right away, but since they are burning because the umbrella is not up (even though the weather is cloudy) if I'm not careful and have them leave before the energy bar goes to low, they will die. 

But the main issue is that they close and open, close and open the umbrella for every interaction with others sims. Even worse if the decide to sit down and get up etc. So majority of the time the umbrella is not up to protect them.
