Sims' portrait's outfit changes/reverts when traveling

Immediately after the update was complete, I went to Sulani to try to catch the Sulani fish I needed for the collection!  Which once I caught 2/3 I needed, the game said I completed the collection, finally.  You can only get one of the extinct fish from the shores in Sulani, Mua Pel'am, so Thanks for fixing the ability to fish from the shore!  However,.... as soon as we did start fishing on the day of the update, every sim, even the npc's,  were changing into swimwear before fishing from the shores in  Mua Pel'am, only. I did test all the other shores in Sulani and spot tested in all the packs I have in my game.  I have only seen the change of clothes, specifically changing to swim wear; I have not seen my sims change clothing when traveling.    

hope the process of elimination will help.   I do not have:  GF, ECO, HSY,  HR, LS, LD, BH, V, ROM, JTB, W, PSP, CCSP.  

the screenshots I combined to make one, but if you see the time, you will see its the same, the gal fishing in her dive suit, is same household.  Well, I made pic's too small to show that the time was the same.  but you cam see the fishing sign not in first but is in the 2nd. I took screenshots pretty fast!!!
