Newest Patch 9/22/26
When a Sim is instructed to go to sleep, they will successfully get into bed and begin the sleeping interaction. However, if the player attempts to build an action queue for that Sim while they are asleep (e.g., scheduling a shower, bathroom trip, or meal for when they wake up), the game engine immediately cancels the current sleep interaction. The Sim instantly snaps out of bed and drops the sleep task to prioritize the next queued item, completely breaking normal sequential scheduling.
FIX: Sims should remain asleep and complete their sleep cycle according to their motive needs, even if subsequent actions are lined up in their interaction queue. Lined-up tasks should wait sequentially until the sleep action finishes or is manually cancelled by the player.
Workaround: I recognized:
choose bed to sleep
before the Sim sleep you can put things in the Queue and the sleep will not drop until the Sim wake up or you put another thing in the queue.
