This is happening to me too. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts from me queuing interactions before the Sims will actually do anything. They also have a tendency to pick up infants and take them to the crib regardless of what I actually want them to do (eg. feed the infant, change diaper etc.).

Platform: Windows PC [playing through the EA app]
