Never CC or MOD, Win 11 PC No new errors on the LE either. Played household with 4 toddlers-4 adults and observed what appears to be incomplete commands. I observed the following: adult will pick up toddler to potty train is succesful but reading toddler to sleep or putting them to bed is does not complete, the adult puts toddler down next to the bed. I find the incomplete actions very much similiar to adults "loading the dishwasher" or clean up" commands, which do not complete either and are on a different thread/bug.
I turned off the automony a long time ago and found all sims still will do things automonously. While struggling to get 3 toddlers to bed, one of the adults automously put a toddler to bed, successfully!! then all my adults were very hungry (orange bar) so I commanded them to "grab a serving" and they automously started cleaning up the dishes that were laying around!!!
