I first noticed this when trying to get an adult sim to interact with her toddler....then noticed a different child was just standing in front of the fridge instead of getting food....and then I got the notification that the teen was freezing to death - I tried to get her to change into warmer clothes, tried to get her to go home, nothing worked, she just stood there. When I tried resetting her the grim reaper showed up and she died. I had no problem until the latest update for Adventure Awaits expansion pack. I have not bought the pack, I don't use mods....and now I have a needless death of a teen in a legacy family.
