Sims Stuck in Loop Selecting/Unselecting Interaction After Update

Yes it was happening before the update. Also in my main save but it was barely noticeable because there was a lot of gameplay in that save so it was barely noticeable, but then I created a new save because I wanted to try a new pack that I bought and it was happening way more in that save like I would just she would just stand there the bar that loads up there action would just be going all the way up just filled all the way up without any actions in it and then be dropping. It would just be up and down up and down up and down and they would just be stuck there, not moving at all unless I select for them to do something and even when I select for them to do something while they’re doing that something the bar still kept doing the same thing and they will just be stuck in that action that they were doing
