Every time I have my child sim play hopscotch with her imaginary friend they take a 3 second nap every time, every new save. I play on PlayStation 5 so no cc or mods I have all the packs except star...

it happens when all children play hopscotch they will all go to sleep, and it happens with the imaginary friend play with the child
I tested in a new save. It works fine. And it works fine if I disable enchanted by nature.
Do any of the Sims that do it have the natural living skill ?

Your IF has the skill too (not even sure if they can't build skills. My test time with them was very limited) ?
I tried to duplicate this yesterday but I didn't have any children that had the skill.
