I do have mods and CC. I did do a bit of testing and it disappears if I remove MCComand Center. Not sure why that would be though
Do you also not have the issues with pets and werewolves anymore if you remove the mod ?
Your graphics chip is a bit on the low side and it's good to know which can cause this issue.
Did you have it every time with MCCC in before ?
