sameee, it was caused by a default skin for me 😭😭 seems they are broken now, when you load a sim from the gallery in cas/ingame its black when the tattoos are on
it still "works" when you re-equip the tattoo in cas but thats really tedious
or taking out the default skin but thats so ughh
