As a followup, while attempting to troubleshoot a similar bug today, I found that tattoos that were broken as of my original playsession on 03/08 are working today 03/10. Tested all three bug-affected tattoos in CAS on four different sims, including the original problem sim, to no visible issue. Notably, the original saved version of the affected tattoos (created 03/07) still display a broken texture (blackout) in the gallery preview, while duplicates saved today do not. Both versions now load identically in CAS. Attached screenshot of both versions in my gallery, showing the original broken texture display and duplicate with proper texture display. Unclear what has happened to correct this bug.
