Sims turn completely Black after Customization

I was worried this would happen as soon as they said tattoos could be customized. When I save a sim that's had anything done to them in paint mode, if I drop them in CAS again the skin or fur turns c...

same problem... I move out all the mods, when I use the tatoo I drew, my sims would be completely black...Is this problem solved now?

When I draw, I still can use it normally But when I quit and enter the game again, this happens.
