Sims turn completely Black after Customization

This is for a post that I made that was turned to duplicate, however if that’s the case I couldn’t find a link to the similar post. I did see one that was the closest resolved months ago, but since my issue still happens and never was encountered that long ago nor in CAS. and I have photos now of it. I’m posting them in case it helps this glitch get resolved. The tend to happen. I know it when the game has been on for a number of hours. The first photo is the closest I was to the sound while it was glitching and then the second photo is when I zoomed in closer and that’s when the same looks normal typically. But pitch black from a distance.

The last few times that I’ve played I’ve noticed after a while, while playing, that some characters skin may start to disappear and black out as you pan and move around. Usually the closer you get, it will shift back to how it’s supposed to be, but as you move around the house, the skin will turn pitch black. Before this started to happen, I also noticed an outfit that the Sim had on that was all black as I would pan. It would turn yellow with black stripes and tattoos would appear on the Sim though I never gave them that but then when I get close, everything turns back to normal. 

The only quick fix I found is to just save and turn the game off. This seems to happen more if the game has been on for a while, though the last time happened pretty early in my session and it was doing it a lot so I turned it off. Then it seems to be ok now.
