This is happening in my game and I'm on PS5. It's frequent, as in it happens at least once to a random sim in my household every single time I play, and the only way to fix it, until it happens again, is by restarting the game. My sims don't have any tattoos, nor is there any particular trigger for this to happen. It just happens as I play for seemingly no reason.
