This JUST happened to me i use Tattoos for lots of skin details etc and i was Placing a new sim in and all of sudden it just happen to that household and a household i was Playing it’s definetly the tattoos this need to be fix ASAP Please 😩
The only workaround I found: take the "black" Sim to CAS, go to the tattoo icon (the heart) and click the x to remove all tattoos. This fixes the old skin colour instantly. I think there is no way to use custom tattoos until this is fixed.
