I keep my music off because I just don’t want to hear it and since the update it keeps reverting back to original settings.
I also noticed a few of my sims are completely pitch black voided out. Cant see makeup or tattoos or anything. I haven’t done anything specific. I noticed one sim was voided, checked it and tried to delete him bc I didn’t know what was going on. Then I go back see multiple sims voided out. I didn’t even take them to CAS or play in live mode or anything and they still turned black. I need to know what to do. I’m on Xbox series x.
EDIT: I have already went through other discussion forums and NOTHING has helped those also struggling with this. There has NOT been a solution.
I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled it last night and turned my Xbox off and unplugged it for 30 secs. I’m at a loss and don’t want my sims to be ruined ….
