FOUR MONTHS???? And still no fix for this???? I’m JUST now having issues after the recent update and doing these forums definitely don’t seem to do ANYTHING…
Was fixed, popped up again after yesterday's patch.
It seems like the game has lost the ability to see the painted layer so it renders it as black.
What is the solution. Did I read over it? I’m not seeing it.. mine are still rendered black even after removing tattoos…
For tattoos, it's to remove all tattoos in CAS by clicking the "X" next to the heart
If your tattoos aren't the painted kind and are downloaded CC packages, that might be a different error.
Ok so sorry. I had to go in and find ANY tattoos on the rendered skin sims and take them off. Even preset tattoos needed to be removed. Then, I remember with some sims where I placed custom tattoos and remove that specif one last, shouldn’t have to be like that for everyone but it worked for me, then add a small tattoo or mark so that it registers back to normal skin textured tones!!! So FIXED for now until ea figures up something with customs.
