I am playing games on the PS5 console, so there are no mods!
Starting today, my two characters have turned black, one of whom is my own character with a tattoo downloaded from gallery. The other is Queen Blackwell, a character designed by Maxis , with a painted star tattoo on her right arm.
My own little character only needs to cover the tattoo again every time I enter the game to restore normalcy. But the downloaded character's tattoo is painted and cannot be covered, so there is no way to restore it!
Looking forward to getting a solution as soon as possible
