I'm having this issue with all my Sims with the paint-your-own style tattoos too.

I assumed it was a mod problem but after removing all my mods, repairing the game, reloading and going in and out of CAS more times than I can count, they are all still voids.

I really don't want to have to remove all their tattoos and recreate them...
