For me, yes. Everything had been fine the night before the patch. (Edited to correct my idiocy)

    Emelyn702 apparently removing the tattoos would fix it, but I haven't actually tried it myself as I'm holding out hope for an actual fix! (Call me crazy, I know)

It seems like it might. I have seen many simmers talk about it. Cats, dogs and horses that have been painted with the painting tool are also pitch black... probably werewolves too? Hopefully there will be a quick fix 🤞🤞
