Hey, I'm experiencing the same blackout Sims issue.
I have no mods or CC in my game at all. I have tried editing them in CAS, and this does not fix it. I have tried repairing the game, installing and reinstalling and updating my drivers.
This started happening after the last update. Would love any updates or patches/fixes for this. Thanks
