I just started getting this same bug, all my Sims and Pets with custom tattoos and fur patterns are missing their skin/fur textures. The bug appears in the Manage Household menu, in Live Mode, AND in CAS. The bug started this morning, its affecting all of my saves. Here are some screenshots, and I have attached my PC specs.
I own all the DLC except for the Sweet Allure Kit, Business Chic Kit, Refined Living Room Kit, Throwback Fit Kit, and the Journey to Batuu Game Pack. Currently I have no mods enabled.
