This is an old issue with a new cause. These two sims have tattoos from the gallery. This was when I loaded the game, and has happened yesterday as well loading into CAS. Removing all tattoos and replacing them worked, but is not a reasonable fix. The time I have had this issue before was with child sims experiencing a loose tooth. As soon as I pulled the tooth they reverted back to normal. I don't use any mods to affect skin/makeup/tattoos.
