Sims turn completely Black after Customization

I noticed that a few of my sims characters turned black after the recent update. I don't have any cc in my game or mods. The Megan the stallion sim that was given to us a few weeks ago has also turned black in the game. When I say black I mean that I can't see anything but the outline of my sims. This issue is also affecting a dog that I created as well. It was a white and grey dog that is now a shadow shade. I repaired the game several times and there is no change.
