Sims turn completely Black after Customization

I haven't played since the 5th. This is how Honey looks.

I read a reddit thread saying to age your the sim down to fix a loose tooth issue, but Honey was created as a young adult...

I've only thought to use the cheat "cas.fulleditmode" in an effort to remove the glutton trait on another sim [never did it]. I tried the age down hack moment ago to see if I saw a self-interaction to rectify the issue would appear, but nothing did. With that, I nearly messed up all of my gameplay when I tried to age her back up the same way. Thank goodness for the recover save option. 

Still, I'm left with my sim playing blackface :). Any other tricks to solve this issue? I've cleared my cache and repaired my game too. 

- After some digging, apparently this has something to do with using the custom tattoo tool. I added a combination of pre-saved tattoos to the back of her right thigh a few nights back.  Not sure how true this is, because I noticed Megan Thee Stallion and Doja (saved from the gallery, and only made over Megan's wardrobe) were also blacked out too. I'll be patience to see if a fix is implemented before I grieve the beauty that is Honey Opal.
