Played my game last night and did not see this issue. Decided to play tonight and found my sim and her horse are ink blot black. Only those two in a five sim household. I downloaded the sim and horse from the gallery and modified them to fit my game play. I am now seeing the complaints about custom tattoos being the issue. It would explain why only these two are impacted. I did the recent update also. I do not use cc/mods of any kind in my game.
