This happened to me also this week. I did not do anything to either Sim. I didn’t use tattoos.
The Female Sim doesn’t have tattoos. And the cat does not either.
I loaded my save and noticed she was all blacked out. I deleted her and downloaded my saved version of the original Sim. And the next day she was back to blackened out. So, I deleted her and saved the Sim in case you need the code or something. And made a new Sim.
The cat, I noticed today. And I deleted him and made a new one.
My game is current. I do not use mods or cc. And I have all the packs.
