Subject: Glossy Skin Bug on PS5 - Complexions Turning Pitch Black!
Hey everyone,
I'm hoping someone else has run into this and maybe has a workaround, because it's driving me nuts! Ever since the last update, whenever I try to use any of the glossy skin tones on my Sims in the PS5 version of the game, some of them are coming out completely pitch black. It's not just a dark tan, it's like someone painted them with the void. And some are coming out super pale.
The really frustrating part is that even when I try to change their complexion back to something normal, it doesn't work! They stay this weird, glitched-out black color. I've tried restarting the game, clearing the cache, and even reinstalling, but nothing seems to fix it.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known fix, or do we just have to wait for a patch? It's making it impossible to create the Sims I want, and it's really taking the fun out of the game. I really hope the devs are aware of this and working on a solution ASAP! Let me know if you have any insights or suggestions!

I am having the same problem. I am on xbox. It is very annoying because 5 of my family's have this issue. So for right now I am not playing because I don't know how to rid my problem.
