I play on Xbox One and since the update the other day all my Sims that have custom tattoos are completely blacked out. You can see they're clothes, hair, lips and eyebrows but no features because the skin is completely black. I consulted Google AI and it says it's a texture bug from the new update. I tried to reset everything and clear the cache but nothing has worked.
I hope they fix this soon. It bothers me so much I can't see their faces, I don't think I can play until it's fixed. 😔
