I have the same problem. I play with one mod, so I can not send a save file, but I also tried it without mod and had the same problem. Changed the sleeping clothes that fixed it for one night, so I did this a few times, now this does not work anymore either. The Sim slept fine on the same spot before this bug started, so I don't think something is in the way. I even put a new bed somewhere on the outside, same bug. I moved my Sim to an other location and made a game repair. Just one more bug of many. By my search for this problem I found this bug report from 8 years ago [FIXED] Sims won't stay in bed | EA Forums - 11257465 so I am sure it will be fixed soon, any minute now.........
