Ideas
I observed that if there are multiple sims in a house, there's going to be one sim that won't sleep at all. They will always get up from bed even low energy. It also happens with 1-sim household as well. I noticed it happens after returned from a public lot sometimes. Even reseting sim does not make it go away.
