Just noticed after joining the Detective Career for the first time in a few years, that I'm also affected by this bug. All uniformed officers are wearing funny hats instead of the regular police hat. I can at least give my own sim the correct hat in CAS but heir colleagues are walking around in uniform and sun hats, barettas, knitted hats and whatnot.
