In City living the moving statue sim that generates does so without their helmet- though their face and hair are golden. also beekeeping- the hat does not appear when changing into the beekeeper suit. And after playing through a winterfest that generated the seasonal hats on sims cold weather outfits those hats remained in their work outfits in get to work expansion's active careers. so all my scientists are wearing santa hats every time my sim goes to work.
