I am still having this issue with hats now it seems to be with every clothing wore that has a hat, so say for halloween wear costume I wear a costume from the tab on my sim and a hat that does not go with the clothes, or the fire department would come out with a random hat on and not a fireman hat, or sims just walking about with rainy day yellow hat on its crazy
