Base game only, no mods.
After reloading a save in which the infant was sleeping, the infant popped out of the crib on waking, without intervention of a caregiver. May or may not be related to the bug where an infant crawls out of the crib on the focus sim returning to the home lot.
I have tried all the infant play mats none allow me to place the infant on them.
My little royal one is also adept at removing himself from the highchair. We've got a Houdini on our hands!
Almost everytime I have my Sims put their infants in the crib, a second or so later, the infants teleport out of the crib on the floor. It's getting really frustrating having to deal with this in all of my current save files. I honestly don't know if anyone else in the Sims Community is also experiencing this bug/glitch. Please fix this. Thank you.

How did you do that? Delete the playmat, that is?

Thank you. Darn, and here I thought it was like in Sims 2, with a certain level of skill a toddler could escape their crib. Oh, well . . .

I was wondering if this is a bit of a glitch, or mod-generated? Both of the twins have each managed to be on the floor beside their cribs at various times. It's funny, and I would love it if they found an escape-hatch, as it were, but I'm undecided. Glitch, bug, or something else?
When placing the infant in the crib the game pauses for a brief moment and then the infant instantly bugs back on the ground. This is with the all cribs and happens more with the basegame cribs. This has been an issue I noticed with this recent update that happened.
PLEASE fix 😭
