I'm a longtime player of the franchise and lately it feels EA is dropping the ball. I wanted to create a list of issues and bugs in the game.
- Fairies still broken - Wings not appearing when they should. Also will randomly not do what you tell them and just stand there idle. Example while dumpster diving they end up needing a shower, I que them up to do so and they just stand there. Only way to fix is reset them. But they can bath in fairy house no problem. As it's frustrating to play fairies right now these are the problems I've found so far. Can't get past one day.
- Discovery Quests and Live Events - Still glitched. I have discovery quests turned off and they still pop up. While any quest or live event is active my sims can't use chess boards in public.
- Maps broken - Lots appear flipped or not positioned correctly. Examples The Landgrabb lot and the Love Highland are both flipped. And since Oasis Springs is basegame this issue has been around 11yrs. The 50x50 lot at the top of the map from Snowy Escape doesn't show snow on it in manage world.
- Swimming - In bodies of water my sims change clothes in the water before reaching the shore. Example, My teen goes swimming in Sulani before school. When it's time to go to school they spin out of swimwear into everyday out in the middle of the water then swim to shore.
- Skating Rink - After a sim finishes skating they spin to remove the skates but the skate boot is there still minus the wheels. The sim then walks away with the black skate boots on.
- Crashing - Ever since they added the Reminder to Save the game crashes if you don't save immediately.
These are just a few of the issues I have been experiencing. Any help would be awesome. I have tested these issues with and without mods. Really hope EA is paying attention to these forms. I will post again as I find more issues. If you need more info let me know. Happy Simming! Sul Sul
