Some Random Quirks I've Noticed

So, since the update last week my game has been pretty back to normal except some "quirks" that I've noticed during the last week

- Some sims eat in the living room couch instead of the dining table, even if the dining table is clear and the food is there. (Sims, it's hard to clean the living room!). For households with 3 or more Sims, two would always eat on the couch and the rest would use the dining table. They would move to the dining table if I instruct them to, but that feels unnecessarily extra.
- For multi-sim households wo would have a meal together after the "call to meal" interaction, one person will bring the dishes to the sink one-by-one (happening somewhat randomly). (Tsk tsk the inefficiency) 
- Some sims would take one sim hour between getting changed for work and actually leaving the lot for work (for non-active careers). (Looks like some of them get a bit lazy). 
- "Sad from Recalling Milestone" buff randomly appears upon waking up without trigger (unless they dreamed about it)
- Angry moodlet from "unfulfilled dreams" are coming up more and more often (before I would have the tense moodlet first for some sim days before escalating to angry moodlet) -- unless my Sims need anger management classes.
- "sims.remove_all_buffs" and "weather.start_weather_event" cheats not working properly even after "testingcheats true" 
- Is the Sabotage interaction a new thing for all interactible items? 
- Some cats would be tense/uncomfortable and when the Sim asks "What's wrong", the cat would "say" that it needs a clean litterbox - even if the litterbox is right in front of them and it's clean and empty and unblocked/unhindered.

I've experienced these quite randomly both in vanilla and non-vanilla saves (except for the couch eating, which often happens). Like I said, not really game-breaking and I tried scouring the DBs and saw nobody seems to be experiencing it so it might just be me.
