Some Sims still having negative money directly from Gallery

Hi! I know this was in a previous patch notes that came out right before Business and Hobbies, and strangely enough I never had this happen until it was supposedly fixed. Even freerealestate on doesn't work. I know there is a work around where you create a new household, merge and then delete the random household member, but it should work straight from the gallery, especially since in the patch notes it was "fixed".
