Specific Teen Aging Up to YA has Different Face

Do you have a backup so you could try again without mods/cc installed ?

I do! I took out my mods and cleared the cache and rolled back my save to before my sim and his partner aged up. The same thing happened again. Once again, my sim's partner aged up with a totally different face than what she had as a teen. So I think it's probably safe to say that this isn't being caused by a mod. I just wish I knew what was causing it because I really love this family but I'm afraid of this happening to more sims in this save. Also, this is probably not a huge deal, but my household sim was never given the option to select a third trait on age up to young adult, so I'm not sure what that's about but also it's easier to fix than completely altering a sim's face. The sim with the glitched face has the same incorrect face as before. Here's some more before/after pics of her:

Does it happen with every teen or just this one ?

So far I've only noticed it happening with this teen. My household teen aged up to YA without issue. I'm almost wondering if it could be because she's a homeless sim? Because I haven't noticed it happening with any of the other teens in my save.

Does the teen have any other special traits ? Any occults involved ?

Nope, no special traits, and they're not an occult. I checked to see if they're grimborn, and theyre not. Just a randomly generated homeless townie.

No idea then.
