Speed 3 makes my sims stop moving

As discussed via DM, I can duplicate the issue on that household on your save game. 

I have the feeling the game is just overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in your home, inventory, relationships, skills and traits.

Forwarding your save to a CM but not sure what could be done other than reducing things.

After I updated my game to the latest version of The Sims 4, I came across the bug whenever I initially tried talking to a ghost in the Nightclub in The Life or Death game pack.

Before I attempted to save, I was stuck at 3x speed and my sim wouldn't do their interaction I had told them to. Durring the bug I also couldn't click on any sim (ghost or normal) to interact with them and my sim was indefinitely stuck standing still.

When I tried saving my game in the hopes it could be fixed that way, I got stuck in an infinite loading screen while the game continues on 3X speed, It also seems like every sim is stuck doing their interaction indefinitely, I'm not sure what is happening as I literally started the save not even 20 - 30 minutes ago.

An additional note I should make is that still no Sim has moved or done a different interaction than before the bug happened (AI Issue?)- but the enviorment (audio players, night & day cycle, ...) does still seem to change.

I built a restaurant and had my Sims have a gathering at it. I sped time up 3x while requesting a table, and time got stuck in 3x speed.
Sims who were standing still were stuck standing still, and Sims who were on swings or moving, were stuck swinging and moving in 3x even when I switched over to build mode. I can’t delete the items they’re using to try to reset them.
I’m unable to reset sims through testing cheats or command cheat, save or exit through the game. 
I have every pack, with no mods or CC installed. 

When a Sim is taking a shower or cooking (examples) and I turn on Superspeed, the animation plays out fully, but the needs aren't met as much as in normal speed, or the interactions are interrupted halfway. For example in normal speed the shower satisfies hygiene needs fully, but in Superspeed it stops halfway

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you doWhat platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• by super speed do you mean if you click on speed 3 ? Superspeed is not supposed to kick in if not all Sims are at work/asleep

Sorry for late answer. I'm not using any cc/mods, and I'm playing on PC. Yeah I meant speed 3, in my country we just call it superspeed, sorry if it's not official name 

Superspeed is something different. Sometimes also called ultraspeed is when the game goes in speed overdrive.
