Along with other bugs, items are disappearing from my Sim’s inventory: groceries from the fridge, collected crystals and metals from the gemology table. My spellcaster sim can’t perform the copypasto...
Ideas
The inventory issue is mod causes so please follow these steps for your other issue as well
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game
- Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Start your save game
- Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
