Split from household and move not appearing as phone/computer option

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Do you have any events/holidays going on ?
• Are you missing the option for every Sim in your household ?
• Have you tried travelling somewhere to see if it appears ?

same issue. different saves and families, no mods no cc

Does it work properly through the household manager ?

After the last update, I haven't been able to find my split household for my singular sim to move out of their home with their parents; the only option that shows up is the move household. I do have mods and custom content in my game, but I removed them, and it still shows up the same.

• Did you test another household to see if it works for them ?
• How did you remove your mods/cc ? Disable or move folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache file ?
• Do you not have it on any of the Sims on the household or just the one you want to move out ?

since the July 1st update this has not been an option for me. has really gotten in the way of gameplay for me!

I've been experiencing the same issues as other people with pregnancy tests not being there and drag not always being an option.
