Split from household and move not appearing as phone/computer option

It doesn't give me the option to split from my household and move, it doesn't appear on the phone, or computer. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
Do you have any events/holidays going on ?
Are you missing the option for every Sim in your household ?
Have you tried travelling somewhere to see if it appears ?

i do have mods in my game, no i dont have events or holidays, it is missing for everysim and i have travelled out side of the house to see if that was the problem but its not i even deleted and re downloaded the game and it hasnt worked at all
