Stair Rails 'Popping' through Walls and Windows (Patch 1.73)

I added one EP, For Rent, so now I'm playing with only BG+FR for getting familiar with Residential Rental system in Build/Buy Mode.
One thing I found, one of the stair rails added from FR EP is through the wall.

I thought at one point this visual glitch had been fixed, but after checking the archives it appears the thread is still open.
I didn't check the stair rails in the base game because I thought they were already fixed. I'll enable all addons and check later.

    Please, just make it so you add railings to each side independently. This will fix the problem and give builders a lot more flexibility. I hate not being able to put windows next to my stairwells (you know, one of the most ubiquitous architectural features of any building) because the stupid handrail is poking through the glass out of nowhere, and that's an issue with all of the railings, not just the thick ones.
