I am also having the same error. Every night between 2am - 3am my sims freeze up and I get the story_progression_action_relationship exception. It doesn't seem to be impacting other areas of my gameplay and if I wait a few seconds it clears and everything carries on. Playing on a fresh install so this is my first and only save in the game, error wasn't present previously. Happens regardless of which household I'm playing.
