Stuck on loading screen..

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

So I looked in the folder you said to check and the only thing I saw similar was "lastUIException" from January and there are 2 files.

I tested your save game and while I couldn't load the currently active family at first, I could load other families and after that I could load the family in question too.

You said no family loads for you.

Could you try that ? If it still doesn't work, would you mind listing all the packs you own ?

Interesting. I did try loading another family and my main but I couldn't get anything to work before. I will try again though and update.  Perhaps it's a computer problem..  I play on laptop and barely had enough specs to install. 

I was able to load another family then my main but when I exited and went back on to "resume", it wouldn't work that way. I'm going to try again with loading instead. 

Did you save the game after fixing them ? Just to be sure. I tried resume and it worked fine for me after doing the fix and then saving.

What fix are you referring to? 

These are the packs I have, if that matters still; Backyard Stuff, Holiday Celebration Pack, Key (?), Pastel Pop, Movie Hangout, Everyday Clutter, Decor to the Max, Cozy Kitsch, and Artist Studio.

1. Load another family
2. Load the family that has the issue
3. Save the game
4. Close the game (completely)
5. Start game
6. Resume save
