Im not like, SUPER mad about it but my sim just went from scientist level 2 to 7 in a single shift. It helped cause I was low on funds, but it does feel so much like cheating.

Entrepreneurial - this trait did that in my case. When I removed it with the code, my sim stop jumping. Code: traits.remove_trait Entrepreneurial
Thanks, worked for me as well.
But I had to use MCCC because my Sim was already at work, 20 minutes before the end of the shift.
With Entrepreneurial: First day Level 6 to Level 10. (mixology)
Without Entrepreneurial: not even a promotion (progress bar just at the start of Good)
It feels like Entrepreneurial doesn't effect the progress bar anymore. Instead it pushes the hole career.
